Welcome you all to my new post. Here I am to describe 8 ways what can make you happy? Actually, these are mental toolkits that can help you to switch on your trigger of mind. As we all know our physical health depends on mentality.

Hi, I’m Shompa – a 27-year-old housewife and a new Mother. I saw many problems in my family as my mother has suffered from a severe depressive disorder. It has been a long journey for me and my siblings as we never had a happy family. We even did not know the ways to be and keep happy.

When I was 16 at my high school I joined with few unknown young people that were the foundation of searching happiness in myself in life and my future blocking stress and depression that can ever come to my life. I really believe we all can strengthen some mental toolkits for finding our happiness. Here are 8 ways or toolkits that can make you a happy one.   
My toolkit contains:
1.    Running – Running is an absurd thing. It may be so tough psychologically to keep going, yet so giving freedom when I have gained a better run or even many runs at all! It makes your body exciting, releasing endorphins and keeps me on a high for the rest of the day!
2.    Reading – the Second toolkit what the t I usually use is reading. Reading is very salutary, whether it is a self-helping proportion. An inspirational story of a fiction novel that can take me away into the deepest point of someone else’s life. It allows me to reduce the speed of life, keeps me away from tensions and well worth the investment for myself.
3.    Journaling – Another healing tool… I buy often nice dairy or notebooks and write down my thoughts and feelings, ideas, goals and whatever happens in my life. I scribble down whatever I see observe from others that can inspire me. I am apt to have one for my physical health and fitness and other for life is accustomed. It is a great method to just check in on itself update and see where I am at psychologically. Considering thoughts to just abundance is great, and when I read it back I can see if I need a lift. 
4.    Accepting a compliment – A compliment can make someone happy. Whenever someone gave me a compliment, I felt too shy that could not understand what to do. I nervously cackled and look down. I have noticed that actually if we fairly say “Thanks” and keep smile – it really helps! That makes me happy is meeting a point where I can receive the compliments, rather than declining it.
5.    Nature – Walking outside in the fresh air is so essential to our fitness and wellbeing. Even just visiting few minutes in the backyard can help you to feel and allow livelier. It’s mean being connected with our souls with nature. Just an abrupt walk is needed and it will lift your state of mind. 
6.    Music – Music is the tune of our heart and soul, sometimes we like something peaceful and slow or something more cheerful, it is obviously music a beautiful thing. Taking your mind back to the lovely moments in your life which could relive you and make cherish.
7.    Setting aims – I believe that I need aims and something to endeavor for. These allow us to extend parts of us we did not know that can be exited, and gain something we did not think we could. The sense of attainment felt from striking a goal of pure pleasure and happiness.
8.    Meticulousness– This is the best invention I have made on my odyssey since my childhood. It has brought various levels of pleasure to my life and now I have confidence on the methods I have well-informed on a regular basis. I admit it is the one way or tool that everybody should use regularly. It brings positivity, clarity, and purpose into one’s life and gives stronger trigger of self-consciousness that can show the way of happiness

It’s essential to remember that these tools should practice on regular basis. Ways to happiness make smother lifestyle. One should never think that he is unhappy because negative thoughts make life complicated do anymore. When we are conscious of our thoughts, and process with a little appreciation, a much stronger feel of pleasure can form.
